What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form, phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and project details.

This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare a quote and, if we work together, to carry out the contract. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become contracts are deleted within 12 months. Data related to completed work is kept for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax and accounting obligations).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. It is stored with our hosting and email provider only so the service can work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@iavorski.ro. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
